복도식아파트의 샤시수리비가 3개월에 걸쳐수리비가 관리비에 추가된다고 명세서나왔는데
이전에 설문조사에서 저희는 수리안한다고했는데
수리공사를 했는지 공사후 강제징수인가요?
다른동에서 태풍으로 차량파손이 있어서 복도샤시를 수리를 할것인지 설문조사를 했음.
장기또는 특별수선충당금,별도 예비비으로 수선해야되는것아닌가요?
아니면 점유자가 수리해야된다하더라도 수리할것인지 설문조사하고 할사람은 신청하라고 했는데...
제가 수리하겠다고한적없는데 관리비에 부과되어 나오면 공동주택이라
아니면 묻지도 따지지도 말고 관리소믿고(?) 내라면 내나요?
