하자보수비는 소송하여 보증보험에서 수령했으나, 미분양된 사업주체분 관리비가 2,000만원이 넘으나 받을 방법이 없습니다.
미분양분은 이미 가압류가 많아 경매로 넘어가도 배당액이 없습니다.
