제26조(장기수선계획의 수립기준 등) ①영 제63조제2항에서 "국토교통부령이 정하는 기준"이라 함은 별표 5의 기준을 말한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.23>
② 입주자대표회의와 관리주체는 법 제47조제2항에 따라 장기수선계획을 3년마다 조정하되, 주요시설을 신설하는 등 관리여건상 필요하여 전체 입주자 과반수의 서면동의를 얻은 경우에는 3년이 경과하기 전에 조정할 수 있다. 이 경우 입주자대표회의와 관리주체는 「에너지이용 합리화법」 제25조에 따라 산업통상자원부장관에게 등록한 에너지절약전문기업이 제시하는 에너지절약을 통한 주택의 온실가스 감소를 위한 시설 개선 방법을 반영할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.6., 2013.3.23>
