상가 관리사무소입니다(법인업체에요)
주차장 입구에 쓰레기 보관장소가 부족하여 H-빔보강 슬라브 판넬공사를 1760만원(부가세 별도)에 공사를 하고있습니다
현재 비용은 계약금만 지불한 상태라 선급금처리로 해 놓았는데 공사완료후에는 어느계정으로 해야할지요?
그리고 주차장 출입구 지붕공사 ( 운전자가 정산원에게 주차비 지불위치)도 위의 공사후에 공사예정입니다
이 또한 계정처리가 어떻게 되는지요?
관리사무소라는 특성때문인지 자산으로의 계정처리가 불필요하지않나 싶은데 비용으로 처리하기엔 금액이 크고~~~
